The app will then set up a calendar based on your input, making it easy for you to jump right in and start adding tasks. 

One of the best things about Todoist is that it’s astonishingly intuitive. When you type a task in—say, “meet the client for lunch at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday”—Todoist will automatically schedule the date and time into your calendar. This saves valuable time, especially if you find yourself juggling several appointments or functions each week. 

Assign a priority to each task, create subtasks that appear as a bulleted list below the main task, and label each item to make it easy to find again.
